Developers of popular WhatsApp Messenger have released a beta version for Apple Mac computers. It is available for download on WhatsApp’s official website.
Users with macOS could previously use the WhatsApp app, which was built on top of the web version. They will now be able interact with a native app that optimizes for Mac computers and uses minimal system resources. It also features a user interface that makes it easy to access archived chats, calls and other messenger features.
Catalyst, Apple’s cross-platform developer environment that allows you port iPad apps to Mac, is said to be used to create the new WhatsApp app Mac. Officially, the WhatsApp app for iPad is Meta* Never announced this product. Maybe the arrival of WhatsApp on Mac is a sign for the imminent arrival a mobile version for the iPad.
The beta version of WhatsApp macOS for macOS has been closed-tested for the past few months. Everyone can now download the beta version of WhatsApp for macOS and begin using it. After you have installed and authorized WhatsApp on your Mac, you can sync it with other devices using the QR code scanning method.
