OnePlus has increased its range of branded electronics by introducing the Buds Pro 2 wireless earbuds. While the design is still very recognizable, this new product has seen significant improvements to its predecessor.
The TWS headset was developed in collaboration with Dynaudio, a Danish manufacturer. It is claimed to produce crisp sound across all frequencies and deep bass. For a wider soundstage, each earbud has an 11mm woofer with a 6mm tweeter.
The novelty supports four equalizer presets: Bold, Serenade, and Bass. A sensor is included to measure the head’s movement in six axes. It also supports spatial sound technology, Bluetooth 5.3 LE chip and energy-efficient Bluetooth. The OnePlus Buds Pro 2 claims to have 48dB ANC, compared to 40dB for its predecessor.
According to the specifications, the novelty’s maximum battery capacity is 39 hours for music listening mode. It also takes into account the cost of recharging the whole case. On January 9, the OnePlus Buds Pro 2 will be available in China in black, white, and green colors. The world will see the OnePlus Buds Pro 2 headphones on February 7, 2017. They are not yet priced.
