Motorola has introduced three smartphones simultaneously to its Moto G range: Moto G23 (G53), G53 (G73), and Moto G23 (G53). All new products are equipped with 6.5-inch, IPS displays. They run Android 13, and have many hardware differences.
The G73 has a resolution of 2400×1080 pixels, and a refresh rate 120Hz. The MediaTek Dimensity930 processor powers the smartphone. A 5000 mAh battery can be charged with 30W fast charging technology. Two sensors make up the rear camera: one is 50 megapixels, and one is 8 megapixels. The front camera has a 16-megapixel resolution and is used for selfies and video calling.
Motorola Moto G23
The G23 and G53 models share the same display resolution and diagonal (6.5 inches and 1600×720 pixels respectively), but the refresh rate varies between 90 and 120Hz. The front cameras of both devices have 16MP sensors. Both devices are powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 processor. The Moto G23 comes in 8/128 GB and Moto G53 with 4GB RAM and 64 GB drives.
Motorola Moto G53
The set of rear camera sensors was another difference between the two devices. Moto G23 comes with a 50 megapixel main sensor (f/1.8), a 5-megapixel wideangle module (f/2.2), as well as a 2-megapixel depth sensors. Moto G53 has a similar main image sensor with only 8 megapixels. The G23 model supports fast charging (30 W) with the same battery capacity at 5000 mAh.
