Although it was not officially known, Microsoft now confirms that the service will be available in Microsoft Edge in Canary. Edge Insiders are the only ones who have access to the preview at this time.

Cloudfare will operate Microsoft Edge Secure Network. All diagnostic and support data that the company has collected is to be deleted after 25 hours, as per privacy and security measures. Microsoft explained that this version is simplified and free of any software or extensions. This feature provides users with a secure connection for working on public networks.
Secure Network allows us to hide our IP address and encrypt all data. We can also route traffic through a Cloudflare secure network. Secure Web is a different type of VPN service. It automatically selects servers within your local area to allow you to access relevant content.
