Instagram launched the test of the new interface without the Shop tab on September. The company stated it wanted to simplify Instagram’s experience.
Insta users will soon notice a redesign of the navigation bar in the app’s front view.
The Shop tab will now be replaced by Reels tab. It is located in the middle section of the navigation.
Instagram will eliminate the Shop tab at the bottom of its screen. The button to create a new post will move down to the middle.

The company maintains that selling and buying will continue to be the core of the social network.
Instagram’s Shop tab currently displays personalized product recommendations, but The Information reported last year that they would soon be removed.
Instagram did not comment on what would happen to the Shop tab in the wake of the changes that will be made next month.
