Moscow Arbitration Court issued an order directing Google to deblock NTV YouTube channel. In the event of refusing, the penalty will be increased by 1 billion rubles.

Kommersant claims that the daily rate is approximately 100 thousand rubles. The court decision states that the penalty amount will be doubled every week. However, the fine amount should not exceed 1 million rubles within nine months. After that period, the restriction can be removed. Similar decisions were made on October 6 regarding Google and TNT YouTube.
